We recently secured a £90,000 grant from the local authority for a client which helped them to achieve the expansion they were seeking.

This client needed larger premises and could not afford them without grant funding.  We helped to obtain a £90,000 grant to do this and in the next 12 months they were able to purchase the property outright.

The Outcome?

By making the most of funding available and using tax planning the business was able to buy their property without the need for a mortgage.
