Role Description
Dealing with a wide spectrum of clients from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with a key focus on proactively supporting our clients. You will take on the management of an existing portfolio, where you will be responsible for delivering a quality service. Your portfolio will focus on accounts preparation, taxation and other general accountancy practice services. Main duties include:
- Managing your own client portfolio

What is the role:
This role offers you the chance to get involved with some interesting clients from owner managed businesses to high net worth individuals. There is never a dull day with the work you would be involved with.
You will have the chance to work alongside the directors and the accounts teams to assist them with implementing tax planning ideas as well as being involved in training more junior members of the tax and accounts teams across the office. You will also have your own portfolio of clients to look after from differing industries.

Your role will include the following:
- Preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns
- Preparation and completion of forms P11D and other BIK related work

- Communication with clients, colleagues and HMRC via telephone, email, and written correspondence
- Assist Directors with tax queries and projects
- Develop knowledge of IRIS as a system
- Tax compliance work for your portfolio plus assisting other clients across the practice
