Jess joined Thompson Wright in 2012 and was appointed Director in 2014. Jess prides herself in building a strong rapport with her clients by having a ‘hands on’ approach with them. This allows her to be pro-active and take a holistic approach to looking after her clients affairs. Her clients know that their first point of call is Jess and not an office junior.

Jess has extensive experience specialising in owner managed businesses, from start-ups right through to sale, businesses facing difficulties to businesses wanting to expand, throughout a wide variety of different sectors. She ensures a results driven strategy is applied to her clients by discussing their needs, analysing results and formulating future objectives.

Jess’s addition to the team of directors adds even more strength to the Thompson Wright culture of an expert and personal approach to all clients.
