In light of the uncertainty we all face in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to keep you informed of the steps we at TW are taking to ensure we are prepared for different scenarios and complying with Government advice.
Should the government announce that we need to work from home, our staff are all set up to do so through our secure online portal. Our aim is to continue working as normal with as little disruption as possible.
We would ask that, where possible, you send any records to us digitally, this can be via email or using our Iris Openspace portal. Most of you will already have an Openspace account, but if anybody is struggling to send us information electronically, please let us know.
As we are unsure how long this uncertainty may last, we would ask that you provide us with any records as soon as possible.
Our telephone systems allow for conference calls and we are encouraging our staff to use this facility or, for example, Skype instead of holding face to face meetings. As we are sure you will understand, our priority is the safety of our staff and our clients.
If you already have a meeting booked with one of our team, we will be in touch to check if that meeting should go ahead as a face to face meeting or as a conference call.
In addition to these measures we would also like to reassure you that we will continue to comply with the government guidelines, as they evolve. ( www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19 )
Whilst we are facing the most uncertain of times, we are certainly trying to ensure it’s business as usual!
If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will be sending out further details in due course as to how the government, HMRC and the banks are looking to support businesses in the current environment.
